- 1-2pm 200 usually fruits and/granola bars
- 3:30pm 300 Lean cuisine
- 7pm 600 baked fish/chicken/small lean steak/pork chops, baked potato or rice and steamed veggies
- 8pm 100 (gotta have a little dessert) 100 cal snack packs
